Viddax Eulogy
Remember me through this mortal priest
Throw me beyond the flames west, east,
I'll grace my presence through all the trees
Inhale my majesty in every fateful breeze,
Decay will not have me; I assure you friend
My body fiery and passionate; I recommend,
Ideas and values beyond what I can express
Unlocked from the earth; my soul will progress

Inspired by Jack Heslop/ Heslopian's "Eulogy" poem which I highly recommend you checking out, while listening to "Me and my shadow" - Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr.

Replied to your comment on my eulogy. Perhaps you're more optimistic than me, which is why we have such contrary ideas, but either way, this is a wonderful poem, and though it uses a lot of my words, tweaked slightly to convey the opposite sentiment, I think that just proves how brilliant you are. :] As the German playwright Bertolt Brecht said: "Anyone can be creative, but it takes a real artist to re-interpret someone else." Or something like that. I'm paraphrasing heavily. But that was the gist of it anyway.

Thanks for the comment and the praise, I highly value it coming from you. I just have to say that it takes quite some skill to make a someone read and respect a poem even though they don't agree with it, or something along those lines.
