A happyish ending
I've always strived to be it
It's not like it's easy when I'm
The only one who's keeping
The faith
In us
Two people need to be in
And that's not what I see at all
You vowed the once
Chorus
But now I'm finding myself
Uncovered and it's cold
Cause the winter doesn't love me
And you're not here to hold,
I guess when I met your family, and when you proposed
a happy ending came in a smaller dose
Than I had hoped.
