My Bride And I

I Place This Veil Before Her Eyes,
And Just Before I Kiss My Bride
My Trembling Hands I Try To Hide.
Time Has Stopped, No Need To Bide,
I Kiss Her Lips, Our Hands Are Tied.
From This Ledge We Jump In Stride
To Welcome All That We've Denied.
And So It Goes, The Story Of My Bride And I,
On The Happiest Day Of Our Short-Lived Lives,
Just Thought We'd Set Our Love On High.
It Felt Like A Good Day To Die.
And So We're Dead, My Bride And I.
