Flowers by Design
I am frequently asked if I have had
formal training when it comes
to my floral designs.
I have not. It is just something
that I have worked on
and cultivated most of my life.
I view the flowers as one
might a color palette
for a painting.
I can completely
visualize what the end
result will be, just by what
is laid out in front of me.
Apparently, this is
becoming a lost art.
Which to me is very sad.
My most beautiful
arrangements are inspired
by the people who come
to me specifically.
Whether it be for a Birthday,
Anniversary, Wedding, Friend,
In Memory of Someone
or Just Because.
I can sense from
them what it is they
desire to portray
with the use of flowers.
I can feel the love
they want to express.
It comes out in their bouquet,
which is entirely
unique to them.
That's why I love
what I do.
I can't get enough
of that kind of adrenaline,
to be able to possess
those feelings even if
it is for a moment,
and create a long lasting impression
on not only the giver,
but the receiver.
Despite the fact
that the flowers
will fade.
Those feelings linger
for a long time
for them.
What could be
more Beautiful than that?
