ahhh!!!! i can't believe they closed the place!!!!! joey ramone signed the bathroom wall! that should make it historic....

Amen to that, John. NYC is still great but way different than when I was a young dude loose in her bowels. I still LOVE the Ramones too.

her bowels are still pretty loose i must say but i came up durin the giuliani era. went from gettin caught smokin a joint was a 15 $ fine to bein sent to the tombs for it. the club scene went from springsteen and blue collar workers to nothing but trustfund kids and bs techno. the 0nly place to find anything genuine is back ally hip hop,whinos, and street musicians nowadays ..........
