Since when was i broken?
Since when was it a crime
To not live up to perfection
Since when was it alright
To hand out discrimination
Since when are you nothing
If your not everything they wanted
Since when are you a good person
To make others fear existence
Since when was it my fault
That your clothes don't fit me
Since when should i feel guilt
For the people i havn't made feel ugly
Since when should i feel stupid
For the people that stand above me
And since when was i broken,

Today i write from far away,
I'm in a place
A far away place
And i'm not ok
I'm Sorry
Mistakes
I engraved
An J into my wrist
To show i was brave
And although i feel sane
I'm not ok
I'm on my way

Me...
I can’t express, my own distress
With words I guess
This frustration will only get
Worse over time
I’m empty with thoughts I didn’t know I’d thought
With mistakes at the time I didn’t know were wrong
I guess its time for me to stop this mess
And so I’m not writing anymore
Its pointless
I can’t do it
I don’t know why but somehow things have changed
Sorry for any disappointment
But I’ll still sing
And in my head
Create my own words
But I’m not gonna write anymore
For my sanity’s sake
And your own

DARK POEM

World came to a stand still
Porcelain shackles chain me to the wall
With deep grazes on my wrists
And blood on my clothes
My feet freed from the stirrups
But didn't bring me to the ground
I fell but not downwards
But into the most deafening sound
And the chime hung in the wind
So light yet so still
And my heart ran out of motion
I tried to clasp onto the wall
And just before the rope snapped and forever I fell
I tried to call for help
But no words could come out
With deep grazes on my wrists
And blood on my clothes

Black
Black
The shine from the light, the darkness it blinds
The deepest of outlines , The canvas of white
The glaze on these nails , dress drenched in bitter red wine
But the little Black number always outshines
The music so loud, The rhythm so right
The style so intuitive, the stiletto’s so high
The crowd it goes wild for the first and final fight
With several purple bruisers and two blackened eyes.

Love cuts deeper than any blade
Love cuts deeper than any blade
Like a flower
Every rose has its thorn
The danger
And the pain
When your torn
The thorn
Tatters
All up your arms
And leaves grazes
On your forward posed palms
When it leaves you
In such a becoming state
With no clue
Of when your going to wake
We’re a flower

Descended
From embers
A note torn
In pieces
Blackened chalk edges
Licked by the flames
Words not intended
Ever to reach him
So now she burns them
In attempt to take away the pain
But her tears
Still sit on her skin
Burning
Like the fire that destroys
All evidence
Of anything
She ever said
Anyone she ever loved
As if she’d never had her heart broken
From embers

A moment that didn’t exist
An illusion isn’t a symptom of insanity
But a new titled soon to be casualty
When you open you eyes, only to find
A dark gory night
And you can’t rid your head of your dream
Cos when it’s happening, it seems just so real
A nightmare divides you and your unruly mind
Leaving you to toss and turn as you try
Desperately to get back to sleep
But like a wound that won’t heal
First it must bleed
And when it persists
Its agony
Although it’s a moment that didn’t exist
At the time seemed ever so frightening
Like a vampires kiss
It leaves...

Jagged in the creases
Blood is running deeper

Violin Bow
Without the violin
You can’t play
Like guitar
Without a pic
Doesn’t quite work the same
Like the drum
Needs drumsticks
Like the keyboard
Needs fingers
Like a microphone needs vocals
I need my alcohol
Young boy
Without a girl
You can’t say
You got a girlfriend
And it doesn’t count
If she doesn’t know your name
Like love
Needs lust its
Like tongues
Need taste
Like eyes need light
I need my drugs
