You don't even care
I'm your own daughter
I told you I need help
I told you I couldn't keep these feelings to myself anymore
And what did you do?
You told me to help myself
That you couldn't do anything
Unless I told you what was wrong
So guess what happens now?
I'm going to show you the real me
I'm going to stop laughing
And telling jokes
I'm going to show my true self
But not just to you
To everyone around me too
Everytime someone calls me fat
That's another meal I skip
Everytime someone calls me ugly
That's another cut on my wrist
I'm going to catch your attention
Like I never have before
You're going to take action
I'm going to make you stop sitting on your lazy ass
And start caring
I told you I need help
I told you I couldn't keep these feelings to myself anymore
And what did you do?
You told me to help myself
That you couldn't do anything
Unless I told you what was wrong
So guess what happens now?
I'm going to show you the real me
I'm going to stop laughing
And telling jokes
I'm going to show my true self
But not just to you
To everyone around me too
Everytime someone calls me fat
That's another meal I skip
Everytime someone calls me ugly
That's another cut on my wrist
I'm going to catch your attention
Like I never have before
You're going to take action
I'm going to make you stop sitting on your lazy ass
And start caring
