Gabriel

I touched the first star
Created cities from salt
Delivered the news to mary
I was loved by all

The first of my kind
But I was pushed aside
Now he's got his little toys
We are silenced by the creator

His throne echoed the word
The insects became his first love
I've been pushed in second place
We are silenced by the creator

I helped create your face
Stripped your rib from a man
That indent left on your lower chin
I moved to recite your prayer

Everything I had was lost
My depth of being was in question
When I asked not to be ignored
He delivered me into hell

The first of my kind
But I was pushed aside
Now he's got his little toys
We are silenced by the creator

His throne echoed the word
The insects became his first love
I've been pushed in second place
We are silenced by the creator

I was not an abomination
I suffered through the first war
Fighting for control against my brother
All I wanted was to be loved again

I know who we are
We delivered every word
But it doesn't mean I agree
I was once loved by all

The first of my kind
But I was pushed aside
Now he's got his little toys
We are silenced by the creator

His throne echoed in the word
The insects became his first love
I've been pushed in second place
We are silenced by the creator

Yes I was silenced from the start
