BROKEN ROAD~

The journey home may be tough.
The road won't always be smooth, it might at times be rough.
So hold on to your hat.
Although the wind cannot blow away these thoughts, for in the mind they permanently sat.
The road may be broken
And the love may seem lost and stolen.
But it will always be here.  
Your almost there, don't shed that tear.
for the journey is long.
And don't you worry the direction your walking isn't wrong.
For the stars above will guide you.
And to your heart the path will stay true.
So if you ever lose your way.
Listen to the heart for it will keep you from going astray.
You may stumble upon sudden bumps and turns.
And your heart may fall out onto the road, but it learns.
the cracks in the road won't shake off this feeling.
For the destination is the healing.  
but that difficult journey is what led us to be.  
From the long and tortorous route we were free.
So follow the broken path and endure the pain.
For there's always a rainbow hiding after the rain.
