Having Forgotten

This was a fun day.  
Want me to share my day, I bet you do.  
Well okay I'll tell you all about it.  
I woke up this morning  
And looked to the sky, it was so blue.  
All the birds fell to the ground    
And decided to play dead, which was strange.  
   
Just right after breakfast I had a golden piece of toast  
With a cup of coffee before I looked to the time.  
I started to freak out as I rushed out the door.  
Having forgotten I left my work at home.  
   
Now stuck in the traffic.  
I tell myself I won't be angry.  
Even if the street is jammed I feel fine.  
Nothing to worry about, just as long I got a friend to talk to.  
Wait a sec. where the hells my phone?  
Did I leave it back at home?  
   
Having lost all patience I decided to take a little stroll  
To see what has happen to cause me running so late.  
Hey look at that, the line started moving but I can't open my car's door  
Having forgotten I left my keys inside.  
   
My car's window is broken  
But at least I got a little time for me to spare.  
I think I'll go have me a lil more black coffee.  
Maybe french vanilla.  
Can I have it double time oh please, I want it.  
Wait what the hell, insufficient funds?  
My day just keeps getting better.  
   
Can I please have a break I've had really tough day.  
If my day's any better I'll put a bullet to my head.  
Then all of a sudden I'm robbed, jokes on him I was always broke.  
Having forgotten my wallet's who I am...
