Isn't it funny...
     how people will only drive 45 mph
     in a 55 zone, but will do 50 in a 40?
 
Isn't it funny...
     how people will object to the price
     of gas and dependence on foreign oil,
     yet still buy big cars and drive fast?
 
Isn't it funny...
     how people will search for days, weeks,
     or years, to find the perfect car, home,
     rate, mate, and will not spend a lick
     of time to seek out the true nature of
     their beliefs, values, faiths?
 
Isn't it funny...
     how people howl that abortion is an
     abomination and akin to murder, then  
     resort to threatening women, blowing up  
     clinics, and killing doctors in protest?
 
Isn't it funny...
     how people will allow the invasion of
     foreign lands, killing and destroying, to protect
     our freedoms, to later get irate when another
     exercises these freedoms to criticize
     the government or burn a flag in protest?
 
Isn't it funny...
     how people value their freedom of
     speech, then turn around and sue
     another, when the latter partakes in
     the same right in opposition of the former?
 
Isn't it funny...
     how people cry for (and get) a change
     in government, only to turn around and
     criticize it before it becomes effective?
 
Isn't it funny...
     how people cry for policy change, after which
     they decline to make sacrifices for>
 
Isn't it funny...
     how policy makers cannot agree on new
     policies, for they are too busy arguing
     over how to make it favorable to their pockets?
 
Isn't it funny...
     how the government treats its citizens
     like children, only to act like children
     themselves?
 
Isn't it funny...
     how people bitch about "the system" being
     broken, ineffective, and/or inefficient,
     yet do not (or will not)stand up to "it"
     to fix it?
