Scream

In a dream
a dark presence
loomed over me
swallowing the sun
it wouldn't let me see

and then I screamed out loud
told it to leave me the hell alone
I screamed in defiance
It pierced right through its bones
and I finally cried out
in victory
never again to feel it's oppressiveness
wrapped around my soul

if ever you feel alone
if ever you wish to give in
if ever you want to let go
use your voice....

and scream into the night
let your voice ring loud and clear
don't you ever give up the fight
keep going on
and never back down

Scream with all you've got
scream for victory
scare all injustice away
and tell it,
"NOT TODAY!"

so just scream...
