State of clarity

It was an usual noon time, filled with darkness every where. I stayed at my home's third floor with my unmarried wife. This is for your information, my home has only two storeys, third and fifth only. My wife was having a sound sleep, she must be tired of her long sleep yesterday. Her breath was making a sweet music, I looked surprisingly at her.

"My nose is made of bamboo" she said.

I felt little hunger, went to kitchen to see if there any food escaped her mouth for me. Her food plate attracted me, in which a few food particles were sticking. I smelled the plate and felt my stomach filled.  A couple of belches released, when I heard the Door bell. Somebody was calling from the fifth floor. I went down to see who was that. To bring light there, I put off the glowing candle . While trying to open the fridge in the hall, I felt it can't be done.

"Sorry. I forgot to fix my hand in the shoulder. Can you please open the door yourself" I requested.

There entered a young girl, she must not be more than 18 years old. I recalled my memory and found she was my ex lover.

That was a golden period in my life. We used to write exams in the same paper, talked with each other in the single phone, traveled many places with a single ticket. Hmm... how we enjoyed our life in ecstasy, what can we do with this story that happened twenty years back.

"How are you doing now?" I asked her.

"Carrying your thoughts,  I'm pregnant now" She smiled.A small boy stretched his head from her stomach and shouted "yes daddy".

"Good news" a voice came from my behind. It was my wife, she brought my hands which I forgot to wear.

I felt ashamed to look her eyes. "What can we do now?" my voice could not come aloud.

When I looked up,  both my wife and lovers were not there. Maestro ilayaraja was conducting  a symphony there.
