am on my way
to a place that is full of the taste of life
sprinkled with a little spice...but hold the strife
I am no longer the sacrifice ...now I am the master
that wields the karmaic knife

am on my way to an esoteric convention
trading in my pounds of cure for a few ounces
of prevention
As I guard what I do..along with the purity
of my intentions
I step into a new realm...more like a new dimension
In this place I can ...go swimmin'
inside the ocean of renewed consciousness
because my inner light had been dimmin'

am headed
to a brighter day
no matter what the preacher has to say
He's too busy trying to send us all to hell
anyway...
So I digress...
but no matter what the world says...
I know my ass is blessed

because I AM STILL HERE
day after day...and year after year
soldiering on no matter what the cost
going on spiritual recon missions
so that the people in My life
don't get lost.....

am headed on a journey
so I can really learn me
as I allow my core to be strengthened
I see life in 3D ....
Images dancing before all that lies ahead...
I have learned and realized that I...
can make magic in more  places than just my bed

as many were before me..

and leave childish things behind....
