Troubles

I'm tired of abbreviating, of
capitalizing, of punctuation.

Why can't there just be a
civil understanding between
you and I? Where I'll speak
in nonsensical tongues and
you weep and applaud,
having the understanding
to nod and bear with gritted
teeth, like only a mother can.
