confusion

Her heart starts to pound when you are in sight
shaking knees below her like rattles
the mind fills with all sorts of  wonder and excitement
her hearts feels a fright

Will this feeling ever stop?
When did it even start?
She wish she knew
how can she think with mind
meanwhile her heart is telling her something different

So confused like she is in a maze
the maze is her mind
what should she do?
The only thing she can think about is you
especially since you are her only source of happiness
everything else in her life is turning to dust
please don't disappear

not sure if she should just ignore you
or just give you time
the one thing she doesn't want is to give up
on you just yet
so confusing yet it's like a game of will power
