Crestfallen
Encumbered
heavy
nothing got better
I just got used to the pain
someone once told me not to live in the past
but what if the past lives in me?
Enclosed
trapped
skeletons in closets trying to free themselves
the chains of fate breaking slowly
the fibers of sanity deliberately pulling apart
yet held together at the seems
diminished
Powerless
everything trying its hardest to bring me down
gravity has many faces
empty spaces filled with regret
dejection is a way of life
Downhearted
hapless
symmetry in the hate that is spewed
makes it only natural
times arrow hit me in the heart
it then ceased to
