flesh exists solely
in transient illusion
barely breathing
hungering
to fill the void
of physicality’s limitations
Edenic in essence
love treads lightly
on earthy verdure
softly hesitating
suspended
as if to attend
its own unfolding
Lush in its virescence
spirit whispers softly
of primordial paradise
gently vining
intertwining
love and yearning
in symbiotic embrace
