I'm Falling
I知 falling,
Into a never ending great abyss
Full of monsters that will rip into me
The first chance they get.
I知 bleeding
From the scars and bruises I bear;
The reminders to never trust anyone
With something so fragile like a heart
I知 dying
Slowly but surely
From the gaping whole in my chest
Where my heart used to be
I知 crying
Out for someone to help me
The pain thickens every second
I fall farther down
I知 numb
I feel no touch
I feel no pain
I知 better off this way
I知 drifting
Into a never ending sleep
My eyes shut
And I am not falling anymore

Rhythmically it's halting. Maybe you could combine lines to make it more graceful. You could try a little word tricks, too, like assonance. It's okay, but at the same time I can't help but be reminded slightly of the poetry I wrote in my early high school years.
