Necktie Birthday Party
The hanged man is dressed in his Sunday best
He slowly dangles from the tree
Neighborhood kids run out with sticks
Ready to break this pinata and take his treats
Oh it's quite a happy birthday indeed
He doesn't know what he did to get here
But the catastrophic medley is played just for him
The trailer park dads watch as they sip their beer
Cheering pure hearted kids who try to break him
Hoping to burst out the jelly and get to his candy center
During his agony he wonders the entire time
He can't imagine, what was his crime?
Was he a thief? Or was he a obscene?
Was he abusive? Was he a freak?
Was he a murderer? Or was he simply a queen?
Now his bones are broken and bent sideways
He's the innocent star of a snuff film
He's staring absently at death
And he sings with his final breath,
"Happy birthday to me"
"Happy birthday to me"
"Happy birthday dear hanged man"
"Happy birthday to me"
He slowly dangles from the tree
Neighborhood kids run out with sticks
Ready to break this pinata and take his treats
Oh it's quite a happy birthday indeed
He doesn't know what he did to get here
But the catastrophic medley is played just for him
The trailer park dads watch as they sip their beer
Cheering pure hearted kids who try to break him
Hoping to burst out the jelly and get to his candy center
During his agony he wonders the entire time
He can't imagine, what was his crime?
Was he a thief? Or was he a obscene?
Was he abusive? Was he a freak?
Was he a murderer? Or was he simply a queen?
Now his bones are broken and bent sideways
He's the innocent star of a snuff film
He's staring absently at death
And he sings with his final breath,
"Happy birthday to me"
"Happy birthday to me"
"Happy birthday dear hanged man"
"Happy birthday to me"
