It's such a fucked up world we're living here. Many of us could (& did) try to warn what was coming. Too many didn't listen. Either because it validates their own hate or because they're too pig ignorant to see it. So we watch as our "leaders" burn bridges like they need the kindling & the world backs away from the powder keg we've become. I'm reminded of that Pink Floyd song...

I personally believe some of these old white men are still butt-hurt, that the Civil Rights Movement happened, and that women fought for the right to vote. They are the bigoted bastards that never wanted it to happen in the first place. So like the cockroaches they are, they've been working on this plan for a long fucking time. Every Republican President, has been getting things passed that seem minute at the moment they happened, but they were playing the long game it seems. And here we are.
