ON WATER BED

On water bed
I rest my head
while upon me,
triumphantly,
you press inside
my great divide.
 
I'm just your 'score'
when passion raw
takes over you
once you have got
me roused and hot,
forgetting all
the talks moral
my parents gave
in hope to save
me for the day
ring came my way.
 
Wondering why
I love this guy,
so animal
and primeval,
who so lures me
dangerously.

A few years old, this could be the thoughts of the woman who was taken home by the man in Rupert Holmes' song 'National Pastime', who has lured her with mentioning he has "a warm water bed and a pillow for your head". See youtube video:
