Subject: The Puppy
Message: Dad and Aunty Mel took me to a farm today. We might be getting a puppy. I'm going to call it Freddy. Freddy is a real person who lives in The Factory. He writes poetry. He's got long white hair and he looks like an old wizard. I think he's brilliant. Dad and Aunty Mel got talking to him yesterday and he's really funny. He said he's going to teach me to play harmonica. He wants us all to go to his flat for buttered crumpets and tea. I'm very excited about learning the harmonica.
Please write back soon. It's all right here, but I wish we could go back to London. It's cold and it rains all the time and everyone talks strange here, Robert.
