To me the rhythm and the beat seem to flow perfectly. Just saying ;-) Having said that, at times it feels like we lost it, I've lost my poetry mojo many times. Love the DLR quote, my friend.

There are times I can't find the rhythm or beat of a piece and I just want to scream.  I usually do something else untilI I get it back. Now the faint whispers breeding rumors that I know for a fact is true. Nice spill.

Gotta try something different & advice is free! Wow, these are great lines, Damian. Free advice is not always the best but of course, it can be, lol. Trying something different is nearly always a good idea when one has reached a crossroads... simply because they see no alternative. Thought provoking write for sure. 😊
