I AM NOT IN A RUSH

IT
seems like the whole
world is in a mad dash
or insane rush to have
desires and longings fulfilled.
IT
seems like the desires of the
human self cannot wait for
a more beautiful moment;
it must be fulfilled in the
time allotted by selfishness.
IT
seems the prize of the long
moments in hibernations are
not worth the quick win of the moment
as the beauty of eternity is
exchanged for the unripe
fruit of the hasty that leaves hunger.
PLEASE
know that I am not in a rush
to share the "forever" moment
in the now. Waiting raises
the desire level off the scale.

wait for each other...it's our time.
