Snow

It drifts down, falling heavy, sucking the warmth of life away, it is cold, silent and pure

Slow, change, witnessing white perception of terrible inclinations, wondrous impressions

Freeze, depart, cold and deadly

Serene, heartfelt, warmth of blanket

Everything fades away today and I am left realising did we ever cast the noose too soon?

Did we ever wish for more than snow?
