Veil of Brandy - with Lilliputian & Everavalon

Lovers living and dead macabre sleepers in my bed
Through the veil of brandy and twilight's snifter
Scented widowed dowager sipping whiskey
Burning the throat with fire and desire
Bottled in ether's anesthesia

Awakened with the dulcet
Whispers of the corpse spouse lulling
My restless soul from the haunting insomnia
Invading mahogany liquid of intoxicated ecstasy
Late-night dance and melancholic chants chiming

Lovers tilt over absent bone
Casting midnight spry over their bodies
Laced in webs and wicker is their cradled song
Bleeding its melody of vapor over empty vials
Lay course with the maleficent tinctures
Let them twine absinthe with venom
The layman’s exquisite anesthesia
