Pessimistic fool by nature or so it seems
Always waiting for the other shoe to drop
Past the double talk and random schemes
Still unable to make all this madness stop
Change is inevitable it’s a product of time
Careless actions leading to another bender
Found guilty but never committed a crime
A social stigma spawning a repeat offender

Some people are more pessismistic by nature, others more optimistic, I tend to be more on the optimistic side (or so I've been told) though there were times I lost all hope.
Change is very hard for me too, until someone gave me this quote: "The only constant in life is change" That should come without saying, but for me it was an eye-opener.
