Madness Of A Sane Mind

madness of a sane mind
 
what shall i compose about the darkness
when the truth is bright like the sun
and spend a life in reasonless sadness*
while i can rejoice in smiles and fun.
 
 
do i have to complain of my own stress
isn't it empathic to keep it unsaid
be stoic, and in self reliance i progress
i shall rebuild a broken bone instead
 
 
i have to burn in the bright sunshine
the truth lights my abyssal depths
my darkness swallows the heart that pines
grieving is never the spiritual wealth
 
 
i will light a candle,  
in my darkest room
chase away all the shadows
sadness won't be my fateful doom.
