The Island

On a dark desert seaway
Salt winds
In my hair
Not knowing where I'm going
Just travelling there
Up a head in the distance
Apearing  in the air
An island
Of shimmering light
I never knew was there

 My legs grew heavy
And my eyes grew tired

 I was thinking to myself
I had to stop for the night

And there she stood on the water
When i heard the whispering vail
I was thinking to myself
This could be madness
Or this could be real

Then she lit up a candle
And she showed me the way
There were voices
On the winds of change

I thought I heard them say

Welcome to the Island
Kafalonia
Such a lovely place
Such a lovely face
We're living it up
On the island kafalonia
anytime of year
You will find us
 Here

Next thing I remember
I was running for the dock
I had to find My way back
To the place I Was before

Chillaxe said the night man
Relaxe for a while
You Can pull up anchor anytime you like
But you can

Never Leave

And the voices
Are still calling me
From far away
WAKE you up in the middle of the night
Just to hear them say

Welcome to the Island
