Image for the poem Stygian dolls

Stygian dolls

In peril;
our eyes when lain upon war

Sterile;
Is the affect in our core

Harrowed;
By the tyrants of perpetual scorn

Swallowed
mired
writ forlorn

Wired
In a vessel of wrath

Inspired
Not to follow the path

Jaded
Lines of wayward ire

Faded
Waste of fervid fire

Blackened;
Lest the death mark quaking

Fissured;
Chasms ‘neath ground breaking

Deepened shades of frenzied calls
Clamouring wit of Stygian dolls
