water love
comes right up
greeting me
wave face
rises  bends and breaks
in all it s blue green purity
as it curves and pitches
like a thick  wet whale tongue s
fluid glass song s
sudden  powerful
whumppphhhh
as it rushes up
onto shallow  sloped shoreline s
receptive  sandy beach s
tranquil  tropic  heart beat s
transcendent  tidal seam
soaking sand fizzingly
all around my legs
and open spirit s being
in it s exhuberant  friendly gesture
to greet  embrace and kiss
my earthbound  wearied feet
lying here with all the sun baked rest of me
laughing lovingly
at the unexpected
serendipitous mystery
the x statically blissful
healing wonder  grace
and elegantly powerful
living beauty
of and in
this sparkling sea before me
in and of
this truly magical place
just as in so many other
seemingly infinite
countless ways  things
and even deeper mysteries
within and of
of and within
this conscious  living
elemental  sacred earth
and in this simple  joyous
radiant new freedom
i ve now re found
experienced and lived again
to this degree
of raw x static  intimate passion
and heightened reconnection
in my oneness with this all
even as i still do
