Your neck, your back extend;  
Your elbows, your knees, they bend.  
The pressure rises, &....  
 
Your mind, your wish, attend;  
Your needs, your wants, they blend.  
Obsession emerges, &....  
 
No other matter contends;  
On this moment, bliss depends.  
The tension increases, &....  
 
Your whole body portends.  
All a means to an end,  
For the moment, the breath suspends, &....  
 
Ecstasy descends.
