Whether Weather

She continually changes herself as if she's the seasons
Not realizing that regardless of the weather she's equally as pleasing
I love standing in the plunge pool of her falling Niagara
As she pours over me, an obelisk, as if built by viagara

But there's no need her seasons are all that's required
Winters covered by her lying on a rug in front of a fire
Burning oak and hickory, hissing and crackling, sharing their scent
Perfume and cologne commingling as flesh is forced to repent

She changes as our overhang collapses heating up as she rides
As she roars spring appears melting the snow outside
She knows what she's doing as the fire dies and butterflies appear
Cracking ice slides over the fall as we pull each other near

Steamy kisses to match thunder claps ushered summer in
Her sweltering heat riding on the last of spring's wind
The equinox had made us flip flop and now I'm on top
With aggression to match the heat as sweat rolls non stop

Fingers and tongues moving like hummingbirds and dragonflies
The only other pour fire is lighting dancing across her sky
The banks open up wider as we're both moving away from the fall
Needing to flow into a cooler pool of her enjoying the pull of the fall

With leaves changing colors as I return your stare of need
The animals are starting to hibernate again as you beg me for my seed
Equinoxes exchanges with you definitely treating me as an equal as we flow
Winter appears again with a crackling fire and you protecting me from the snow
