Author's Note
I had my second EMDR session today. It was about my value, how people don't believe me, etc etc. Last week was intense and emotional. Today was emotional and also very relieving. I was smiling by the end of the session, and so was my therapist. This shit is so hard, and I've been working at it for 5 years now, but I'm not going to stop, because Dory never stopped :)

Avoid that dreaded therapy hangover, as I said, I recommend the “Barbie” movie. Totally ridiculous and will totally adjust your mood after EMDR.
