Help Thy Neighbor

The neighborhood got together and helped watch each other's houses to try and cut down on the crime that plagued them
Every night, one of the residents would make a sweep of the neighborhood with his car
Signs were put up in the windows of every house saying that there was a Neighborhood Watch in effect
The effect worked
The crime rate went down drastically

One night, one of the residents actually made a citizens arrest
He caught a burglar trying to break into his next door neighbor's kitchen window
Later that month there was a block party
All of the neighbors were there
The neighbors have all pitched together and sprung the guy out of jail
He was brought to the picnic in a squad car
He was tied to a pole and beaten to death
His body was dragged into the street and doused with gasoline and torched
Everyone clapped and cheered as the flames made the body crackle & sizzle
They left his charred remains in the street
One of the neighbors yelled, "Come and Get It!!, Let's Eat!!"
