Go to the Sea

get out, get away and go to the sea
relax, let go, while mindfully
absorbing the calm moments before
returning amidst the traffic's roar

in the distance a ferry gleams as the Sun
peeks through the clouds, day has begun
travelers traveling, birds in the sky
all of a sudden a loosening tie

to thinking thoughts bringing me down
with emotional waves in which I drown
I am now moving through infinite space
amazed in an ocean through which I race

of emptiness filled to the brim
with electromagnetic beings which spin
like galaxies which are so far away
and each plasma current's twisting ray

absorbing sensations, inspiring mind
at peace and ready again I now find
these calm moments down by the sea
release something deep within me...
