THIS SLEEPING WORLD'S STILL UNAWAKENED SPIRIT GUIDED DANCE    (8-10-2010; Palm Springs, California)

     
       
gently astir      
up from my dreams      
i briefly breech the surface veil      
upon this calm  black  sea s      
inner screen      
of night s sweet  silent      
ancient  lingering spell      
adrift in weightless      
formless peace      
within the zen like      
inward  sunken      
primal stillness      
of it s timeless  infinite flow      
with all thoughts turned off      
like sleeping fish      
both here  but not      
still alive  yet somewhat presently      
only temporarily gone      
wherein my transcendent awareness      
feels all caught up in it all      
as it and i both journey on      
together here as this greater one we are      
throughout night s passive      
turned off  sleeping hours      
more deeply into and through      
some other more mystically      
more spiritually attuned      
diaphanous  but equally lucid      
mysterious  seamless trance      
in which i m kept held safely inside      
some deeper inner level s      
more esoteric layer      
of somatic  numinous mystery      
within some even greater  brighter dream s      
still as of yet  largely unremembered      
too long forgotten  unrecalled      
sweet  symbolic spirit guided dance      
in it s immeasurably unknown expanse      
just beyond which      
the more challenging  outside  illusory      
physical  three d  material world      
of mankind s temporal learning realm      
continues to separately      
just keep on slipping by      
somewhat obliviously and relentlessly on      
until it s time  whenever  if ever      
will hopefully  by then  historically      
at far too long last      
have finally come      
in which and wherein      
mankind will potentially have      
just one last  great chance      
depending on whatever choice      
each and every living human being      
each and every living soul      
in their own free will s minds and hearts      
either may or may not choose to make      
to either more fully awaken or not      
in their newly quickened      
higher consciousness awareness      
whenever that transitional shift may come      
to whomever and however many      
living beings and souls      
may or may not receive it whenever it does      
to more joyously live  become and be      
more consciously      
more fully awakened and enlightened      
in their eternally reconnected      
true oneness awareness at last      
which could potentially happen        
even here now      
for some or for all of us here on this earth      
including for me  here yet again      
where i still presently am here now      
hypnogogically adrift      
in this mysterious  other place      
somewhere in between      
this still mostly sleeping  larger world beyond me      
and in this gradually  increasingly      
newly awakening world around me here as well      
up from whence arose here and came      
these faintly whispered filterings      
inwardly sifted subconsciously from      
the world wearied  pre ghostly  old shadowlands      
of my own now more distantly detached      
darkest  long  hopeless decades      
and most painful  nightmarish memories      
of my equally long  suppressed      
figurative and literal      
emotionally fragile      
only now more faintly recalled      
but still    
in more sensitively vulnerable moments      
they can and have still      
occasionally arisen up from      
the intentionally forgotten      
deeply compartmentalized      
subconscious  lost graves      
of and from my ex zombie like  
walking dead man s lost year s  
exoskeletal past      
to haunt me again      
only for much shorter periods of time      
in their sudden deja vu like      
p t s d  flashbacks      
which can come and go unexpectedly by surprise      
but only every now and then      
and usually when i least expect it      
but for the most part lately      
here these days      
and more specifically here right now      
where i find myself today      
well  all i can really say  
or need and want to say here any further      
is simply that  
i am still here  
so many years later    
healthy  alive and still kicking today      
to my great disbelief    
deepest gratitude and utter  happy surprise  
though not only just merely surviving anymore      
but still actively thriving  
and inwardly flourishing as well     
by some miraculous  mysterious turn      
of some unseen  benevolent hand      
of either divine providence  
or of some other equally mysterious  
unknown mystical destiny  
or if not  then maybe  perhaps  
of and from some even higher  
more inexplicable  truly ineffable  
wondrous act of fate through grace  
from and through which  
here now today  
i am still more consciously  
more mindfully living  
as cliched as it may sound  
day by day  
one day at a time  
in each and every passing moment  
more fully within this one and only  
continuously flowing  
eternal  sacred  constant  
now    
here in my own  
ever increasing      
higher vibrational frequency  
increasingly shifting me      
transitionally      
transformationally      
and integratively as well      
further and further into      
a much higher frequency state      
of higher consciousness      
higher dimensional being      
much more in sync      
with the ever increasing      
higher vibrational spiritual frequency      
of our sacred  living  fully conscious earth as well  
even though my present higher consciousness state  
of vibrationally quickened being  
goes mostly unnoticed by and to most others  
in my still ongoing  
silent  slow and steady as she goes  
not yet complete erasure here      
from this material  three d  physical world      
wherein such questions      
and seemingly never ending      
endlessly unfolding insights      
new revelations  answers  
and creatively intuitive solutions      
will continue to arise up here  
mysteriously from deep within me  
just as it also has  still will and does  
in so many countless others in this world  
who likewise like me  
through their own uniquely unfolding  
individual journey s way  
have already long been  
or have only more recently or newly begun  
their own higher consciousness s  
vibrational frequency s quickening  
similar transitional awakening  
into their own eventual  
higher consciousness state  
of more fully awakened  
true oneness awareness being as well  
just as it will in the ever evolving minds      
and increasingly  but still far too slowly awakening higher consciousness oneness awareness s  
challenging struggle to trigger  
that very same quickening  
in and throughout all the rest  
of humanity and mankind  
whether still deeply sleeping  
by choice  
or wanting and willing to  
consciously quicken their own  
higher consciousness s vibrational frequencies  
into more fully awakening  
into true oneness awareness  
higher consciousness    
or not  
so they can both spiritually        
and experientially know      
not only just how to survive      
but how to better live      
thrive  flourish and more selflessly serve      
here in this vast  wondrous world      
especially here now      
during it s most critically crucial time  
when all of mankind s remaining  
precious  privileged time left here as a species  
along with all and every other living form  
of precious life and species  
here on our sacred  now dying earth  
are presently on the very verge  
and the unconscionable teetering edge  
of completely running out of time  
the existence of all life  
and everything we are and know  
gone forever more  
here amidst life s still ongoing      
ever unfolding      
greatest great mystery of all      
which nevertheless  
and nonetheless  
all in all  over all  
wherein and in which  
even the simple thought  
and the very long shot  
seemingly improbable  
idea and dream of and for  
that potentially possible    
transcendentally transformational  
most idyllic  ultimate outcome  
can only ever happen  
truly manifest and exist  
only if  
every still presently living  
conscious human being  
now living on this earth  
can and will make a conscious  
free will choice and decision  
to create  adopt  
to have and hold the deepest  inner desire  
in their hearts  their minds and souls  
and to take the courageous responsibility  
of turning that deep desire  
into consistently inspired  
continuously focused action  
towards doing their individual  
and all our collaboratively  
collective  global parts  
at making this our  
possibly one and only  
our most probably last and only  
unanimously agreed upon  
unified world wide choice and decision  
as perhaps our only best and highest  
restorative  healing  potential solution  
for trying to save our most precious world  
our still breathtakingly beautiful  
majestically wondrous  
sweet  living  fully conscious  
mother earth  all life  all nature  
including  
us all  
for the greater good of  
us all  
and for all that is  
in the greater oneness  
of all that is  
consciously one  
in the oneness  
of all  
that is  
that  
oneness  
as well  
in which  
and wherein  
every time i think of  
or even briefly have  
the simple thought  
or the very idea of  
this potentially possible  
most idyllic  
but more realistically  
highly improbable  
if i want to be  
less optimistically truthful here  
which i don t  
simply because it s just  
too damned painful to do so  
especially from the looks of everything  
still presently going on down here below  
on and upon  
our mortally wounded  
historically raped  and pillaged  
so abominably  
unconscionably disrespected  
profoundly poisoned  systemically sickened  
relentlessly over exploited  
long suffering  
increasingly struggling  
long flailing  now rapidly failing  
sweet  beautiful  irreplaceable  
immeasurably so far beyond  
merely calling her  
our most precious  
truly sacred  
sweet  sweet  
mother earth  
but despite all that  
as i was last saying  
somewhere around about  
thirty or so other  
run on  run away  
tangential  
but still relevantly  
relative  
train wrecked lines back  
that  
every time i think of  
or even briefly have  
the simple thought  
or the very idea of  
this potentially possible  
most idyllic  
global solution  
to try and turn this  
seemingly hopeless  
run away train wrecked  
mess around in time  
if there s even any more  
of such un debateably
unquestionable
remaining time  
left at all  
it all still
nonetheless  
never ceases      
to amaze me      
and fill me up with
just enough existential  
restless hope
to at least temporarily
provide and give me
a suddenly quickened
sustained  little burst
and a prolonged
heightened  
inner rush
of that same old  familiar
subtle  raw energy
that s always
rushing through me
of higher frequency  
vibrationally      
tingling      
awe
