Life's Visitations - Grace

Autumn leaves of Pandora's trees
and the stiff-legged breeze
burrs on dog's chins dancing leaves
in shadows up to the knees
of the bees snoring wheeze

songs of wisdom in freezing air
gently reminds us of life's short stay
from the warmth of spring to autumn's decay
of leaves falling ignored despair
as a lone wolf howls from its lair
