In the Same Room as Space

What's cooler than space?

That's right,

nothing.

Space is a rock star
and I'm a groupie,

stuck in the uncool troposphere.

The ISS
is a manmade object
relegated to the thermosphere,
which makes it something short of a rock legend
more like the Night Ranger
or Nickelback
of the space world

Still,
if I can spot the ISS
near the sultry exosphere
land of infinite intrigue,
my rock star Space and I 
will be in the same room

And you know what groupies and rock stars do.
