Gymnastics

Nothing more to say you lose yourself in the same cliche's . Not a single iota of a new course of action just the identical day but a different week.  
 
You want to change yourself but to get it you have to break all the pieces of you that hold your hands cuffed behind your back .  
 
That's almost waxing lyrical as if you were a master in tricks but it’s Houdini without the key and it’s wrapped in sad truths you’ve got yourself in a catch twenty two. It’s not a scene in a melodrama it’s your life .  
 
Scene by scene and it’s going by way to fast like a train but it doesn’t stop at any stations .
 
It’s a reminder to live you must partake to love you must cast off heart ache . To want new you must throw out the old .  
 
To start takes a little spark and it all takes is your heart and mind to find each other in total synchronicity .
 
Like gymnastics the heart and mind cliched on the high bar contemplating the forward stride circle at least we are in this together . A perfect aerodynamic act honed from lots of mishaps. It takes real courage to believe in yourself when you’re in the flux of change yet you don’t know if you can pull it off .

You are a gymnast with a new routine one foot on the beam and the other it’s not so sure where it should be at all . All you know is you gotta find a move that allows you to grip and walk tall simultaneously without you giving up .
Life if full of gymnastics you just did a head over heels but now it’s all cartwheels you just have to be elastic enough .
