I have as I think most of us have.
I haven’t cut off all contact, but I’ve distanced myself emotionally. It was a matter of survival.

It’s all I want to do honestly. The only person/people I would cut contact with is my father and his parents. But it’s so scary.

I mean this is the goal in life. Maybe not always cutting off but make your own money, meet new people, live how you want to live. That is life in a nutshell or at least what we aspire towards.
Cutting people off can be scary, sure, but not cutting off can be more scary. Allowing negative things to persist in our lives will most likely affect us adversely in some way. Part of growing up and being independent is learning what is best for us, what is best for our well being and putting ourselves first.
You are no good to anyone else if you are not good to yourself. Read that again.
If you really want to get away. If you really want a fresh start. Work towards that goal. Whether that be securing an education, learning a trade or just earning money. Prepare for the future you want because the older you get, the quicker that future comes at you.
Focus on what you have control over and put your effort there. Give it 100%. See your dreams, hopes and desires through to fruition. The only thing standing in your way is yourself.
