We Are Poets

 
We scribe more than words,
We orchestrate emotions and feelings
to a single coherent thought which ignites
the imagination, a legacy for all of man.

In the beginning we pasted the walls of caves
with pictures, glifs and marks.
some of the oldest scriptures in the world
are written by the wisest of their age.

The translation of notion to words are
unselfish and given freely, originating masterpieces
to touch and heal the world
in a way like no other.

Creating lullabies for the restless souls,
to sooth and nurture their troubled minds.
Races, religions and whole continents will
sway and swoon as their eyes fall upon our creations.

We are the scribes,
we dare to tread where others fall,
not only do we tread but we fly,
fly between the sun and clouds
moon and stars,
we sculpt with ink and parchment.

To embrace and share love in tangible
calligraphy even though we are wary and have hurt before.
To look at the wonder of mother nature and
not only embrace her,
but to translate her awareness and motion.
