I thought the idea of the exercise is not to shrink it down to size ?! I’m still trying it figure this out…every single second

If we see all of reality as perspective only, we can have a unified field of reality. Reducing our total moments to the singular one we're in, we can see ourselves as always near, tangential, always approaching, living in the moment.
Every second becomes a window into that singularity. Likewise, in reverse, the collection of our seconds are the length of our lives.
Given this, we can shrink universal utility to the moment that we're in. Let's not waste it. The seduction arguement of being here now: love the one you're with.
