This Strange World

Would be much more interesting  
If hell really did freeze over  
If even for a day  
No bats could make  
Their way out of hell  
And we could watch donkeys  
Fly high up in the sky  
There would be
some sadness, too  
If all who said  
"Well, I'll be damned!"  
Really were subjected  
To a horrendous life  
In no other place than hell  
   
Your imagination can  
Be a blessing or  
Sometimes even  a curse  
So remember when life  
Seems at it's strangest  
It could always be worse.
