Where Are You?

I know you're out there,  
Maybe reading my words,  
I feel your heart missing mine,  
Even if your voice, I've never heard.  
 
There has to be something more,  
A heart that gets mine,  
So I sit here waiting,  
In the darkness of the night.  
 
I look for you blindly,  
In every eye that catches mine,  
But you're never there,  
Your spark of madness, I cannot find.  
 
Please come find me,  
Before my light disappears completely,  
It is all but gone,  
Soon to be lost in eternity.
