tell me exactly when it happened
when the lies began to superimpose your reality
how they slithered into your comfort zones
sub-planting weeds into fertile garden
let's speak of Invites
what made you into the socially hardened
person that you are today?
trace your palms...see the fault lines
and ask yourself as you take inventory of the Soul
where did the whispers originate?
never mind the Law of Attraction
why on God's Green Earth
did you entertain 'them' for so long?
why did you choose to prolong the inevitable?
you had to suspect, yeah?
prices change with each identity crisis
vices constrict the Will as the human condition ages out
so you can humble yourself now
or Time will do it for you..

I've only ever heard one voice it was God's my mother was schizo I remember taking my first steps alone with no one but God to see he encouraged me, I was approximately a year old...I'm mad at him at the moment but he has told me things about his nature he hasn't told others he is mean and kind to me...I love him but if I'm angry with him he knows it I won't try to lie... that's just me though and my take on your poem...I have suffered heavy trauma at age three I was left alone at a playground at three I don't know how I made it back to the apartment every night but he has always been with me not religion but him.

Okay, so...I'm going to pull the ashtray out so we can smoke together....because this piece leaves me wanting more...
