hearts ignited with love's tender flame
coalescing into a love story that unfolded

feelings and emotions expounded

we didn't know how hot the flame blazed
or how it would consume us alive
believing hearts to be pure enough
to withstand the inferno of emotions

was it love or lust for control
to desire to own to hold tight
the claws of jealous shackles
driving deep into submissive heart

so when interest and love collided
the roar of rage shattered the fragility
of love promised and declared
no desire for spoken words clearly

this story has no redemption
or happy and joyous reconciliation
