What is to be a teacher like?
Is it to learn by heart the golden rules
use the most recent methods and tools
Lesson plans devise
constructive feedbacks provide
or on subject matters have to so much know
adapt teaching theories to have minds grow
Would all that simply suffice
to knowledge and values impart
mentor minds
hug hearts
to goals guide
and of teaching make an art
Of amazing special teachers I know one
her inner Beauty for me second to none
Mrs Jaoued, my teacher, Madam, my Lady
You I admire for marking souls for eternity
Wise enough to open the chambers of our hearts
and let Love and passion for learning there reside
Knowing deeply inside
that we will walk the path of mind
and future gates we will know how to open wide
All that you have instilled in us we do recognise
Beyond academic teaching you have risen
Of empathy and authenticity you stand as a beacon
The strong human bonds with your students I acknowledge
Along with what you have strived to provide of knowledge
Here I am, your pupil, so much I learnt from you unconsciously
aspiring to attain the essence of your beauty and dexterity
