You have talent for sure

Thanks for the encouragement.  I feel as though I lost the "synesthetic" effect as I progressed though.  The first two stanzas are solid, conceptually and metaphorically.  I really want to use more imagery and play on phrases or words.  In particular, the allusion of trickery or sorcery is a very powerful thing to put into perspective, and there are a lot of ways to do that.  The depiction, if you can use a lot of visual language, can be very artistic, in my opinion.  Given this format and style, there is extreme difficulty balancing it all.  I'm a work in progress.

Thanks.  Yeah, creative expression is therapeutic.  Even if you capture something dark.  Every writing, with the involvement of direction and transition, has conflict, obviously.  Inevitably, there is a struggle, in order to have a moral compass, as we are all human.  Sometimes, just getting it out helps one to breathe a huge sigh of relief in going through processes of internalizing things.

It helps to get out things underneath the surface, as you see yourself more and more in your writings.  That's one thing that's undeniable, is that your identity will always find itself in your writings.  Anyway, writing is also an overall confidence builder and a good personality trait to have, as well.  People are drawn to someone that knows how to share and relate, or define observations, or use visual depiction, and so on.

Artistic skills mold and fashion people in the area of communication and relationships.  Writing not only does that, but it accentuates an identity, that the viewpoint you offer is original to you.  Artistry is like the refining of choice and change in life.  it's never complete, it's never incomplete.  Perfection was, is, and always will be possible, whether attained or not, moving forward, but even with that said, there's always room to improve.  One thing that stays the same is that there's perpetual change, regardless of "instances" of perfection.  It's not humanly possible to understand perpetual perfection.  The most perfect masterpiece could only be the beginning, heh.

I know this seems extremely extroverted, but when I receive genuine encouragement, it helps me to be certain in myself.  Thanks for taking the time to check this out!  Is there any one of your works you'd like me to take a look at?

Oh I read cause there are many good writers here. Mine are literally just therapy. I appreciate direction but I don't request anyone to read

I'll just check some out for the heck of it, sometime.  I'm not really a professional or anything.  I enjoy the originality people have, and have respect for creativity in general.

Hello, hope this finds you well... lovely poem & lovely comment mine friend... agreed, much can go into the writing process, for rare is it that perfection is reached & satisfied within the writers eyes... Mayhaps the beginning of it, yes, but oft times by the end, it somehow will change... sometimes...
  For a challenge to you, have you ever tried writing shadow, or mirror poetry... where the ending word of one sentence, has to be the beginning of the next sentence, or the beginning and the ending words must match... it can be kind of a challenge at times to stick with... I have used it before, it is extremely fun, yet challenging, if the write is lengthy... take good care mine friend: deadwolf

Yeah, I enjoy challenges.  That's what I like about rhyme schemes - they challenge vocabulary to stick to a rhyme scheme throughout the entire body of work.  Thanks for checking it out, your commentary, and suggestions.  I'll have to look into shadow or mirror poetry.
